Ask me on Tuesday if that happens...

You know it will. The condition that allows the Insurrection act to be invoked is that conditions "make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings..." That is not the circumstances currently. Courts are operating openly and freely in all parts of the country.

If CJ Roberts is the first guy on the plane to Gitmo, then it won't matter.

And what part of the Insurrection Act gives the President the power to do that?

Courts in the U.S. can't easily assert jurisdiction over foreign defendants using military satellites to cause mischief over the Internet. Moreover, it's POTUS's judgment if, in his opinion, "the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or (2)opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.

And what part of the Insurrection Act gives the President the power to do that?

See above. If they have CJ Roberts on tape telling Breyer that he would make sure Trump didn't get reelected, there is ample evidence to send him to Gitmo. Refusing to schedule cases related to the election at SCOTUS, where he is in the minority, certainly is obstructing the execution of the laws of the United States and impeding the course of justice under those laws. That's without considering the more salacious allegations being made about him.

“Courts are operating openly and freely in all parts of the country”

If that were the case, then why
was the election fraud dismissed
as frivolous and unfounded by the
courts? Even the SCOUTS wouldn’t
rule on obvious fraud. This is
a coup attempt on a duly elected
president. The courts are not
(in the states where it matters),
operating openly and freely.
