Their was just good-old fashioned electoral fraud in the most Democrat districts. Democrat bosses control the voting - and the counting - in most cities. They know the whole system very well how to tweak the system, and know exactly how to use corrupted voter rolls, and especially this year, millions of mail-in ballots. The governors just opened the doors to fraud, a few corrupt judges protected the fraudulent process - and these people went to work. It was a piece of cake.
