Ironically, GAB is also short for GABLINGEN, a town in Germany were Rudolph Hess took off for England and where a super secret US listening post was located.
Hmmmm. Maybe more to this?

Give it a little time.
Fairly new systems have problems when ALL the people abandoning the facebook/twitter traitors all show up at once.

Do they run on AWS servers?
I think it's cleared up because people have given up trying to login. Parler dropped the ball by not being prepared for the Twitter exodus, which has been foreseen for a while now. Probably lost millions of sign ups yesterday after Trump was banned. It remains to be seen if they'll be able to recapture the crowd...once you have a customer in your store you have to close the deal. Parler may turn out to be MySpace if another platform comes on the scene like Facebook did to end it.
That's the problem, they don't have many customers yet. They don't have many advertisers because they didn't have much of a user base, and because a lot of advertisers don't want to be associated with "hate speech" Parler.
So far their expansion has been through investors like Bongino, and they bragged just earlier this week about spending $15,000 on new servers. Definately Free Republic-type of a shoestring budget.
Now with Twittergeddon, Parler has gained a lot of eyeballs to sell to advertisers, so things may get kickstarted.
But now there's the added wrinkle of being deplatformed from Google play store, and possibly Apple App Store, and being kicked out of the Amazon server farm.
Give 'em a chance.
What!?!
You have an ottoman???
