This is true, at least in my small part of the country. People heard Biden won (from November), and that's that. They go about their lives (jobs, families, appointments) and don't have a second thought about it. They don't even know there was any to-do about fraud. To them, it was just like every other election.

They may 'wake up' one day and wonder, "wait, why is Trump still President?"
