Your comment is a bit like quoting John Dillinger calling for "decency, honor, respect and tolerance" after he robbed the local bank.
I found it deeply offensive, and far below the standards I would expect of a public library.....

Great ideas! I tend to be impulsive. Moreover my smartphone keyboard appears not to offer italics unless I use html. It may be that a single word would have sufficed, namely, “Ungh.”
