I can see it, but I’ve never been very interested in it.
I can’t figure out how to even read anything, without signing-up.
I don’t do ‘sign-up’, except here and a couple of other more obscure sites.

Could be DNS black listing by your ISP or any router on the path to Parler servers.
Edit your computer’s Ethernet properties and try these for Primary and secondary DNS:
Cisco Open DNS: 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220;
Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1;
Quad9: 9.9.9.9 and 149.112.112.112.
If you can access your modem’s firewall settings you should also put them there.
