In days before Jan. 6, me and others noticed Trump on FN raising his voice, telling Pence to “DO THE RIGHT THING,” when counting electoral votes. So Trump probably had his doubts about Pence.

VP Pence could have resigned his office, in lieu of accepting “fraudulent” ballots, at the precise moment of acceptance, or- in lieu of accepting “legitimate” ballots, and done so in good conscience and on sound Constitutional grounds, setting in motion a chain of events that would have far ranging implications.
