I was cheering them on. The country needed a moment like this. If this is all it took to terrify the left, it gives us valuable information. We do have power. The fear in the media was palpable. The meek, polite good citizens on the right bared their teeth and growled. Their assumptions about us are no longer valid. If we hold the line and refuse to participate in their schemes anything could happen.

They needed to be reminded that they are not untouchable.

The optics of karma visiting the corrupt politicians that have created today’s poisonous atmosphere was something I found very striking at first.

That is what I concluded after watching events of January 6th in DC.

The Swamp was surprised at the size of patriots who showed up in DC, and the energy of the crowd. The swamp now fears Trump more than before. So all the swamp creatures are uniting (rats & RINO’s) to put up a united front against Trump, the best president ever.

I disagree. We can stand a respectful distance away, like Patriot Guard did. But there needs to be a million people closing down the area.
And I get the family will welcome it. I think she would too. It would make her pappy to know that her funeral sent a message that scared the deep state.

Rush just revealed Facebook throttled the EIB network yesterday.

My wife, inadvertently cracked the Face Book code over a decade ago and refused to use it and then get barraged with FB crap and phony FB friends.

I set up her cell phone to text our family and friends.

Then, I set up a email list for longer messages.

She can do that now on her Chromebook.

It is much easier to take over control of the GOP, and THAT is what we should be doing.

*************

It is not as easy as you think. The party apparatus and its funding sources are deeply intrenched. You couldn’t blast them out if you dropped a MOAB on them.

The party is ABSOLUTELY controlled by monied interests who pull all the levers. The GOP despised Trump and did everything they could to remove the unwanted “outsider”. The forces that control the GOP are formidable and will not be easily displaced.

Reforming the GOP is a pipe dream and an exercise in futility. Reagan couldn’t change the party and neither will Trump. The party is what it is. And I say that as someone who has people close to me who have worked inside several GOP organizations at the national level.

And consider that in this case a third party will quickly revert back to being two parties because millions of people will vacate the GOP overnight rendering it an insignificant shell of a party. Plus, I disagree with you that it’s hard to build a party infrastructure. With a potential supporting base of 70+ million people you can get things done pretty quickly. On Trump time! ;)

We also need to keep plenty of pressure on our state legislators to pass election laws that make it very difficult to steal votes, and a very serious offense when it’s tried.
There needs to be very stiff penalties for those government officials who allow local elections laws to be violated. For instance, any individual who forbids observers to carry out their duties should be subject to immediate arrest.

When despots are scared, they clamp down on the source of their fear. See Maduro.

And as long as the despots control the information and the organized armed forces, their “rash” moves will work for them.

The left has overwhelmingly won the propaganda war. The channels of communication for the right are practically silenced. There is little real debate outside the bubbles.

And the armed forces have shown in Portland and DC that they will obey their employers (and that ain’t you and me).

This article gives a historical parallel to the current mess, with a long-term perspective.

Agree. But the problem is that there are other good citizens on the right who are weak and prone to surrender. Normacly bias reigns and these folks to do want to face the ugly truths POTUS has shined a light on. We need them, too. That’s why POTUS is treading carefully here.

DEms are notorious for starting fights and then hiding behind others and the Constitutional protections when they are getting their arses kicked.

Cowards, they take money from foreign entities and then cry when their failings&shenanigans are reported by those brave few who tangle with them.

They don’t ‘swallowwell’ defeat but they can’t hide their stripes either, so vile and vain they are.

AMEN!!!! Thank you!! You’re 100% correct! Enough with the nonsense of “we need to primary _______.” It’s OVER! The GOP is done! You can’t reform something that’s a dead corpse walking! Start a new Party (with simple but uncompromising principles: Reaffirm the 1st Amendment, Term limits for EVERYONE, balance budget, new currency backed by gold, can only go to war through a declaration by Congress, reform [protect] voting rights, etc) with 75 million plus people its first year and the GOP is history over night!!!

I’d go further and start infiltrating the Democratic Party, you’ll have to suck it up and fake it for a bit, though, LOL!

We just need to throw the leftists own tactics straight back in their faces.
Let them know that they are outnumbered.

Oh gawd...

Escape respirators always look goofy but that one wins the goofiness prize. On second thought, it appears to be a powered, supplied air scba with some sort of kick ass filtration system.

Us peons in petrochemical units usually had 3 devices. The primary one that was always with you (unless in a closed building) in a belt pouch was a mouth bit type with a nose clip with a single standard cartridge type matched to the primary hazards. With training, you could have it out of the bag and crammed on in seconds while running the other direction. Secondary was a full face gas mask with 2 cartridges and the third a 5 minute supplied air type with a tiny air tank that was a bag over the head.

The problem with bag over the head type is that there is a fixed rate of air supply rate and it's not enough to support physical exertion much more than a moderately fast walking pace. I was one of the guinea pigs testing different types and passed out from oxygen deprecation when under stress and a fast walk.

That crazy escape respirator the reporter is wearing looks like it has enough power to light up a small town.

Good message, LS. Nice to see Graham, Pelosi, and the rest of them taste just a tiny bit of what Portland, Seattle, and Minneapolis was all about.

Let's not forget how casual they labeled the violence earlier this year.

Allow me to be the first to admit, it was glorious
to see these ‘folks’ run in terror. The chills
running up the spine have never been so thrilling.
Our big shots have lost their BOOM over time.

I don’t think the people at the Stop The Steal rally will let name calling back them down.

What backed people down at the Capitol on Wednesday afternoon?: TEARGAS! Nobody can withstand its effects upon vision and breathing without appropriate protection.
