*Please stop posting this idiocy. The Constitution does NOT require state legislatures to certify their electors. It simply says that the electors will be appointed in the manner determined by the legislatures.*

In each of the contested states the legislatures’ laws which determine “the manner determined by the state legislatures” were NOT followed. They were undermined by illegal fraudulent votes and by executives who replaced legislation with fiat.

Then THE STATE LEGISLATURES THEMSELVES must file any objections to their electors.

If someone gets caught breaking into your neighbor’s house and then your neighbor refuses to press charges, you have no legal recourse no matter how badly it makes your neighborhood deteriorate.
