You mean you are abandoning your pets and just moving out, leaving them? That is "making provision" for them? WHAT kind of monster are you? You can't be bothered to find them loving homes or at least place them with a non-kill rescue who will? If you actually do this, I sincerely hope you are arrested for animal cruelty and do some time, preferably with an animal lover named "Bubba".
