Just ping me when your two mangy mixed breeds have a litter and you start giving the pups away free. Generally speaking, they're the longest-lived, more intelligent and loyal companions to be had. Purebreds are bred to the point of retardation and genetic defects. My sister and her husband are up to their fifth dog in less than twenty years, and they bought a sixth one that's from one of those out-of-state puppy mills that was just now born and they're waiting for it to be stuffed in a crate and shipped to them. Every dog I've ever owned in life lived well into their teens, inclding one who lived to be 19 and died only when she got clipped by a truck. Mixed breeds, all, and sharp and loyal to a fault. My sister's dogs, you could look into their eyes and all you could see was an abandoned tenement in their noggins.

The frenchies are cute clowns in dog suits but have no intelligence at all . My Husky even finds then annoying. Breeding for tiny size has morphed their bodies so much they have no muscles to deliver their young with even if the pups could fit thru the birth canal, which they cannot.
We simply couldn’t afford to be proper stewards of them and stopped breeding them.
