Now...I sure hope you are not pulling my leg on this! That is one line of song, one of my favorite songs, that I never noodled out the lyrics to.

I stopped listening to Chicago some years ago, probably before the advent of the Internet, and always thought it said “A proud man, still can, tell stories his own way” and never went back to see the lyrics on that one!

I had a friend who thought the lyrics in the song “Twilight Zone” where it says “when the bullet hit the bone”...he thought it said “When the bullet hits the phone”...:)

Heh, one of the more humorous sites is https://www.kissthisguy.com...

That verse starts out “Slow motion riders fly the colors of the day.” I take that to mean kites

“A bronze man, still can tell stories his own way” is trying to interpret the meaning behind a statue.

Perfect example, in Boston this week they removed a statue of a slave that they said was kneeling before Abe Lincoln.

Anyone but a leftist racist could see that Lincoln was lifting the slave from the oppression that kept him on his knees. But liberals are stupid and unable to see things outside of their twisted worldview
