In what way does Trump benefit from the Dems having majorities in both houses of congress for two years? With Nancy and Chuckie calling all the shots?

Where Trump would 'benefit' is if both Perdue and Loeffler lose their elections by the blatant fraud. It would then no longer be about Trump, as the MSM has tried to argue.

This is why I believe a dirty deal has been made: the Turtle has agreed to not challenge the electors if the Dominion algorithm allows Loeffler to win, thereby letting Mitch retain his coveted position as Majority Leader.

If this sounds crazy, then here are some facts:

Mitch does not act like someone who is in danger of no longer being Majority Leader. He has not voiced any concern about the massive fraud in the GA run-off that would cost the Republicans the Senate.

Mitch has been strong-arming republican Senators not to object to the electors.

Now, what would happen if Loeffler is allowed to win? The MSM will say 'See? The Dominion machines don't cheat! Trump was full of hot air about election fraud."

Conversely, what would happen if the Dems go back on their word and steal the Senate? Well, if this push by Cruz to delay electors for 10 days goes into effect, then the Turtle can have his revenge by changing course and going in full hog and not only throw his full support behind the commission but also push for an audit of all the down ballot races, which would have safely given the senate to the Republicans.

Sidney Powell has stated that Perdue actually won his Senatorial race, and Loeffler was beaten out by Collins, who won with more than 50% before the Dominion algorithm got involved. Her remark about Collins beating out Loeffler is supposed to be why Team Trump dumped Sidney.

Again, it's just a theory, but an answer to your question.

...the Turtle can...also push for an audit of all the down ballot races...

Let's assume Sidney Powell holds compelling and admissible evidence of fraud in Georgia's Nov 3 election for its federal senators.

Any action McConnell can take regarding that election is separate from the Jan 6 Joint Session, nor does the JS address the issue. If Powell has shared such evidence, McConnell was free to proceed, it is his senate.

Are you suggesting a non-vote for Georgia's R candidates on Jan 5 in the hopes that McConnell or Georgia's current government will take effective action?
