I recently started taking N-ACETYL CYSTEINE (NAC) after having heard about it on FR and then seeing a bottle out of place on the shelf at the health food grocery. I took it as sign.

I do think is is helping my chronic congestion and allergies.

I see online that one can get it in combination with Quercetin.

I tried taking glutathione one time, but it upset my stomach. The NAC doesn’t seem to do that even though I take it on an empty stomach, as was recommended.

NAC apparently helps to raise glutathione levels.
