That’s not a title he ever held FWICS. He was both consul and dictator, though.

Julius’s title was “Dictator for Life” not Emperor.
The title Emperor as a title solely for the Roman head of state did not appear until the reign of Tiberius.
Augustus was Princeps - First Citizen.
