I may be thinking out of my rear end, but it dawned on me this morning that maybe Trump knows where a lot of bodies are buried, and is only just now letting the Deep State know what he knows.
He didn’t become a billionaire in New York City by not knowing how to handle the likes of corrupt politicians and Mafia.
Why, all of a sudden, are these congressman and Senators lining up to question the legitimacy of the election?
And why aren’t the Democrats all over the MSM expressing their patented “outrage?”

Rep Louis Gohmert of Texas was a former Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court with a long history in courts and law.
Safe to say Gohment knows the legal system and the judiciary better than 99+% of all American adults.
Gohmert’s lawsuit about the 1876 ruling of the VP’s role as Senate President in counting the Electoral Votes was NOT a stunt. It was well thought out and firmly backed by the US Constitution.
Gohmert will appeal its dismissal.
Pence had a hand in its dismissal. Pence could have chosen not to contest the unconstitutionality of the 1876 ruling. He chose instead to push hard for its dismissal. That revealed his hand.
Trump was furious that the DOJ backed Pence’s response to the Gohmert lawsuit.

Kelly’s words are ambiguous. Pence is onboard with WHAT? Removal of POTUS under the 25th Amendment?
Lin Wood is a man of GOD, a truthteller with integrity. He has a team working with him. He and his team are in direct communication with Sidney Powell, General Flynn, in turn in direct comms with Rudy Guiliani and his team.

There is much action happening below the surface that we know nothing about. I don't think the president would just let the country be destroyed by a bunch of foreign and domestic cheaters/socialists/communists. He himself said he never quits, and he still has cards to play.

IMHO. Trump counted on his new SCOTUS apointees to punt the election cases, I think he prepped all three of parts of his plan.
Trump is rolling the dice to expose every black hat. Had the SCOTUS taken up the Texas case, or any election case, and they heard evidence and ruled Trump won the left would cry like they did in Bush/Gore, “ he didnt win, it was given to him”
I think he could have taken Roberts out anytime, but he chose to take out Kennedy and Trump had control of the announcment of RGBs death, ( the timing was way to convient )
The plan was always the military, and tribunals. Theres no way he could prosecute in district courts, Sullivan would get most of the cases
