Simon Parkes (I’m not sure about) claims the Executive order on the STORM Act or S. 3418 on January 1 was the opening up of FEMA camps.

Not FEMA camps again. Who is getting rounded up this time? Them or us?

Simon Parkes (Jeffrey Prather calls Simon his friend) claims the FEMA camps are being opened up for "them" he sounded happy about this.

I'm not sure about either of them. Though I listen.
