I conjecture he was the one telling feds to stop investigating and when POTUS directly talked to the investigators to continue and overrode him that he either a) was told to hit the road, b) came to the awareness that his jig was up and he needed to move on, or c) decided to take his ball and go home and pout.
Gabriel Sterling in GA says that they are not shredding ballots, they are shredding the thousands of signature envelopes that accompanied the fraudulent ballots so they didn’t have any signatures on them, so they’re destroying them because he claims there is thus no evidentiary value other than the fraudsters fingerprints and mail processing stamps (if ever even mailed) of course. What a fraud!
