I say this as objectively as possible. Joe looks worse than ever. He will only get worse, too - dementia never gets better.
I also believe that Jill is THE chief obstacle to President Harris. Do NOT underestimate her...she comes across all folksy but I suspect she's thinking "I put up with this sh**show of a family for decades...that POS Hunter...whatsisname who died of cancer or whatever...and Creepy Guy here who smells like a hospital ward...I am ENTITLED to the trappings of power and dammit, I am NOT going quietly."
I just watched and he could barely finish his sentences in a completely soft interview. The host couldn’t wait to finish it.
Also it was hard to tell but I think he may have been dribbling when he was trying to speak.
