I have a good feeling about the judge. It may be that everyone is in agreement to force VP to call the election but rather to cluster-buck it so that it can be thrown to the house. If these questions are under litigation Pence may be STUCK.
Perhaps that is all they need....
That and the additional Senators and Representatives who will question specific State electors as Fraudulent, and demand proof. Each challenge requires 2 hours of debate (with House and Senate removing to their Senate and House chambers for debate and vote). Article 12 takes over if their votes do not agree... on any one challenge. Throws this to the House— where Pelousi will be watched like a Hawk— she CANNOT screw with this process. Each State gets one vote (decided by their delegations, which States have more Republican dominated delegations than demonrats). Win.
