That’s cool. Full disclosure: I was a 1911 guy forever, I’ve now been a Glock guy for another forever. 8~)

Good deal. Then I guess CZ will be the one. 8>)

Best to read reviews to see how the pros compare rate each one.

P229 is a bit smaller overall but the grip feels a bit thicker and more comfortable. 229 eats rounds like no other handgun. Flawless.

Perfection in marketing at least.

229 in .40 has been my favorite EDC for that 20+ years. Zero failures. Only carry what you’re willing to bet your life on.

We’ve been really, really happy with our Springfield XDS pistols in .45. Thousands of rounds of all types.

Zero failures.

Can’t argue with that.

I love my CZ 97. The lower bore axis really helps with muzzle flip

It’s the only thing that really matters. Very few pistol manufacturers make a product that I’d stake my life on. Yours is one of them. S&W revolvers are another. My 629 is my go-to when ATV-ing or traveling through the woods.

Wow. It only took 7 posts for a “Glock Bot” to hijack a thread about Sig and CZ. You are as annoying as the Freepers who respond to MS Window threads, with a sanctimonious “get Linux” or “get a Mac.”

And it only took 3 posts for someone to mention an HK. You gonna jump on him, too?

Here’s one for you. I ordered a P-226 on july 9th here in California. Have not received. Nobody can give me a reason for this delay. Ammo Brothers was my contact. Anyone else have this problem?

I have a USP Compact 9mm, and then a few months ago ran across a USP Compact Tactical in 45 - I had to get that. I’ve already got a Mark23, a P30, a VP9, and an SP5. I just want a full size USP now. Then I will be good for a few months.

Well, Labyrinthos sounded pretty serious. I'm just messing with people. 8~)

And I would never respond on a Windows vs Mac thread.

I have a bunch of things on my shopping list still, but I’m pretty sure my wife will either divorce me or bury me if I spend any more this year.

Especially since I keep losing everything in boating accidents.

LOL...if Glickman were so perfect there wouldn’t be this huge selection of aftermarket parts.
