> Our modern version of bread and circuses is like nothing humanity has ever experienced in all of recorded history. We did things the Romans never dreamed possible, like making the poor the most likely to be obese. We are also the most passively entertained and the least used to strenuous physical labor outdoors. ... What past civil upheaval would have ever happened with our current societal conditions?
Not that I am advocating anything n particular, but this could be retooled to support the contention that a timely, surgical, and decisive action in DC would encounter minimal resistance in flyover country.
Given human nature, I doubt there would be any resistance from the general populace in reaction to anything that happens in DC or anywhere else over politics. At least while the food, entitlements and entertainment flow.

Thanks, you just inspired a new tagline. :)
The process for dealing with the violence is really very simple.
1 - Declare an insurrection
2 - Deploy the Army / Guard
3 - Surround and seal off the area of the riot
4 - Nothing and no one into the area
5 - Allow rioters to surrender to the Army
6 - Strip search all who surrender and confiscate electronic devices
7 - Gather evidence for Federal trials for those that participated in the riots
8 - Once all have surrendered, charge the participants with all crimes committed during the riot
9 - Proceed to Federal trials and take your time presenting the evidence of crimes
10 - Every rioter gets minimum sentence. Those that can be shown directly committing specific crimes get longer sentance.
I post what I think is interesting, and especially that you demand I stop, I will continue to post
are all of your posts content-free?
I asked you to please not post misinformation. It is not correct what you said:
"he's now aware how to file them properly...under article 3 not 2...so the SCOTUS will be forced to listen.
That is a completely false statement. The Supreme Court is never "forced" to take any case. They can decline for a myriad of reasons, beyond Standing and many others.
But knock yourself out - say what you want. I don't think it is helpful, however, to confuse other people or feed them falsehoods.

I presume (?) that you are referring to the possibility of antifa rioting against peaceful non violent pro USA demonstators in DC on Jan. 6, and how to handle such violent antifa rioters.
Dunno, but i guess it sounds ok to me... i wish i could go but it is too far away, and technically, it seems illegal for me to attend since i am in sf bay where so-called “non-essential” travel is now allegedly illegal. is travel for the purpose of demonstrating support for the constitution in its dying days considered non-essential? Could I tell my local jackboots that Trump overrides them and that after all i am merely “following orders”? We live in interesting times... :-/
