Hadn’t heard the part about an “agent” appointed by Congress. Does that make a pocket veto impossible?

Congress can adjourn and designate an agent to receive veto messages and other communications so that a pocket veto cannot happen, an action Congresses have routinely taken for decades.

Apparently so, if Wikipedia is correct. But if the President pocket vetoes there would be no messages or other communications to be received. So it doesn't really make sense to me.

All of Nancy’s “agents” to be named later due to the pandemic expires before the new session.

Drat that Trump!
