I dunnoh Smileyface. Allowing Ultra Rich People who can afford beaucoup land in the tropics to induce the equivalent of a nuclear winter which may precipitate the growth and expansion of ice sheets and glaciers seems pretty shortsighted!
I mean, its only within the last 12,000 years of so we managed to get rid of that last ice sheet!
