The original title is "Nashville Explosion Caught on Tape (Second Angle)", and the author does not claim a missile hit.
Something going up a split second before we see the smoke cloud is not a missile coming down before the explosion.

Yes, it looks to go up but then the smoke seems to go back down after- which makes it seem like something going down instead. Strange video.
