Title IX itself isn't the problem. The problem is the abuses that have been made in its name.

There's nothing sexist about ensuring that girls have an equal opportunity to participate in sports.

The problem is when the leftists force the idea that equal opportunity = equal results, and that if a certain number of girls participate then only an equal number of boys must be allowed to participate. These are among the abuses that have been made in the name of Title IX.

This allowing boys to compete as girls is only the latest.
