This is just me, and no offense to you, but I get tired of the effort to create and assume conspiracy as the only explanation for anything we don't like. Pence and Ryan were in congress together for a decade, of course they know each other and run in he same circles.

Pence has been working for the upcoming fight in congress. Because someone doesn't like how he does it, just find a picture of both Pence and Ryan shaking hands or smiling, post it in a tweet saying "SEE! They're all in on it!". Then wait for the cottage conspiracy industry to fabricate a story. All it does is create division and paranoia and we have more than enough of that right now.
