The rain from last night took care of the snow here in PA. I thought we were going to have a white Christmas. So much for that.

Force people to wear elbow pads, shoulder pads and helmets while snow sledding. In fact, they need to be licensed or have a permit for their safety, and the sleds should be registered and inspected.

Okay, ban it when less than 6 inches of snow.

SPeak for yourself. ; ) Those of us on the backass side of your storm are seeing plenty of snow. 10 inches with another 10 on the way. The steaks could barely cook on the grill at 21 degrees.....

Wonderful Northwest PA.

Sledding. The reason why I broke a front tooth and drove teeth thru my lower lip. Good times. Toboggan jumps = blood on the snow. Also good times.

“Amen....how’d we ever survive dodgeball, the monkey bars and lawn darts.”

We stopped allowing the neighbor kids to use our back field to sledride. Not worth the lawsuit if they get hurt.

I actually read the story, or at least scanned it, and the reason is not surprising.

Lawsuits.

What part of "At Your Own Risk" does the Judge not understand?

I died once sledding. My mom told me to walk it off and rub some dirt on the open wound. I tell yeah we have raised a couple of generations of pu$$ies!

When most of the ruling class are lawyers you have unrestricted lawsuits.
