There is no 'secret' to it. It's all in the way I write my HTML. Each little bear is a separate picture with a corresponding link when clicked.
It is posted using a HTML Tables format with the borders set to 0 so borders can't be viewed.

Since you want all the bears in a group I recommend using a "Screen Capture" which most browsers can do in this day and time.
