I know the topic has been posted, but Fauci deserves a little more bashing.

If he can lie about his specialty, he can lie about anything. He certainly would have been happy not to “level with” the president in order to achieve some other goal.

If we’ve collectively learned anything since last winter, a large part of “public health” is trying to figure out how to convey a message that will influence behavior by the public. It’s not science, it’s psychology and manipulation. Don’t wear a mask (because we don’t have enough masks), do wear a mask(we have masks now), don’t visit family (because we don’t have contact tracing in place), don’t get tested(because we don’t have enough tests to go around unless you’re in government or a pro sports team), do get tested, don’t eat inside a restaurant (because we have to say something), don’t pay attention to the other statements on herd immunity (because you won’t get a vaccine if you do), don’t rush out to get a vaccine though(because we don’t have enough).
It’s all a shell game.

How many more people are going to needlessly die or have their lives ruined and ambitions amputated for your fictional thespian act in search of an academy award.
I really don’t think that anyone with two functioning brain cells (does not include the majority of lawyers, swamp creatures and politicians) takes that glorified lab tech seriously.
There’s video of Fauci swaggering up to a microphone and stating unequivocably that pandemics are not driven by asymptomaic people. While asymptomatic people can on rare occaissions spread a respiratory illness, it’s not what drives a pandimic.
Fauci and others pronounce dire estimates based on the number of “cases” but they are lying; they are using the number of positive TESTS, not people actually ill with COvid-19.
Survivability is 99.9% of those who actually GET Covid, not all those “cases” and if we do count asympotomatic, false positives fake “cases” then Covid is far more survivable than 99.9%.
The lockdowns are part of the communist attack on our economy and our people, to move us into position for China’s puppet to rule over us, and turn AMerica into the new Venezuela.
And people here wonder why we don’t trust scientists and pharma companies and our leaders about personal health issues, much less anything else.
Perhaps all of you who do so, can stop looking down on us when they admit they deceive people about their intentions.
Perhaps our skepticism of them and what they spout out, is justified.
