Pence, Biden, Michelle Obama, and Hillary got one of those envelopes at the Bush funeral. Carter did not get one.
Pence was invited to some sporting event with the Bush family. Maybe Superbowl. I dont remember.
I dont think it has ever been determined what those envelopes were..but it is important that Pence got whatever it was. Might have just been a personal thank you. Who knows.
