I could foresee the scam without the help of any psychic.
There are people who are vulnerable - maybe an 80 year old was defrauded because she is not as sharp as she was when she was younger. Scammers take advantage of people who are weak and vulnerable. The law should be harsh with scammers.
These are the same people who run off to Walmart to buy gift cards to get their Social Security (excuse me, Shooshal) numbers “un-suspended”.

You don’t know how easily some senior citizens can be so easily defrauded. Especially those with limited time to live.
I am dealing with someone victimized by probate fraud where her father was deceived into signing a change to his will while suffering dementia. This happens very often.
Have some compassion and empathy.
