In this country, we call these rubes “Democrats.”
So the customer was wealthy enough to have disposable income of at least $93K for a Magic Lamp, but he was a push over for an Aladdin’s Lamp story?
For that much easy money, the customer is lucky the thieves didn’t just decide to ‘neutralize’ the danger of discovery by killing him.
“Khan stated that he later realised the ‘genie’ was actually just one of the men in disguise.”

FAKE GENIE: “you mean right now?”
Funny - that site immediately brings up an ad-blocker message and prevents you from proceeding. I disabled Brave to see what the site was about and was immediately bombarded with ads covering 80% of the screen.
I won’t ever go back to that site... Forgot why I even went the first time.
Some of these bloggers are really not very savvy.
They conned a Kahn?
They could have at least used Barbara Eden.
I think there is a clue that it’s a fake, when the owners won’t simply wish for the amount of money they want you to spend to buy the lamp.
I just came for the pics of Barbara Eden
“Senior police officer Amit Ray”
Now, see, this was a missed opportunity.
The con man should have been Khan.
The victim should have been named Dupe.
The cop should have been Inspector D. Bunk

A sucker is born every minute or as we say in Italian...
There is a very particular Italian proverb which says: La madre dei cretini é sempre incinta, lit. “The mother of the idiots is always pregnant”, used to show disapproval when somebody does a very stupid thing.
I love Italian, I have studied the language since 2005. I was getting really good at it then we moved away from my school/class/teacher plus she retired. She grew up in Italy so it was authentic. I LOVE their proverbs! You can really describe Democrats and other cretins!
