Are you saying we’re all positive?
It would depend on the type of test.
If you are doing a live virus test, then no, it does not mean every human has live virii.
If you are doing an antibody/antigen test then no, it does not mean you have antibodys or antigens.
Vut if you are doing a pcr test to check for fragments of the virus, then yes, you will test positive.
The PCR test looks for these fragments and then replicates them up to level that gives a positive test result.
Pretty sure that many of these tests are generic corona virus and not Covid-19 specific. This is a bummer because the common cold is a corona virus. Interestingly, we have not heard much about the perennial cold season, but we do see a lot of very mild covid -19 cases with cold like symptoms. :-)
