I hope he does and President Trump vetoes any stimulus bill. We can’t afford it. If they get out of the way, drop the covid restrictions and let us get back to work, we can create our own stimulus. We’re not going to spend our with more debt and get out of this.

I agree. Printing money only lasts as long as the supply doesn’t get too great.

So the 30 million set to lose all unemployment benefits in 3 days just starve to death and get evicted starting 8 days later?

A whole industry was destroyed by the lockdowns and is not coming back for years.

More that half of all small businesses closed, depending on region. Personal investments in these businesses lost. Reopening takes capital and money the small business owner doesn’t have or can’t conjure up. Removal of the entrepreneur class is almost complete.

Oh that’s right, part-time minimum wage no-benefits starter jobs for all. Walmart, Amazon and fast-food employment for all. That’s the ticket.

There will be plenty of jobs for housing removal companies, debt collectors and repo men as those industries are set to boom.

Opening up the economy will no longer be enough spark to power the recovery. That ship sailed in May.

Yes, but government-mandated COVID restrictions are very popular, the incoming team favors MUCH more severe restrictions than have ever existed in the US, so your notion of them "getting out of the way" is a fantasy.

Accordingly, instead of giving $6 trillion to the money center banks to accelerate their "usury for everyone" dream, a government which ruins individuals CAN and SHOULD compensate them fairly.

And how much of your personal treasure have you given to your neighbor so he can continue to eat and keep a roof over his head?

How much have you helped others who have lost their job and ready to lose their utilities, food, and shelter?

That rubbish might have worked in May, when there was still opportunities. Now, with the destruction of the upwardly mobile middle class and banks calling in their debts and people losing everything, your personal advocacy is widespread homeless based on government edicts and the Political class reaping the rewards of the wealth transfer upward.

How much have you helped rather than complained about "we can't afford it" when it's not your money once you've paid your taxes.
