I realize that and am sorry if I came across crassly. My comment about being less puritanical applies as much to me as it does anyone else. I have to keep reminding myself that times have changed and so have people. I, we, need to be zeroed in on common objectives. I've talked to so many people who identify as Democrat but when you ask them their thoughts on fiscal responsibility, personal responsibility and human rights, they're conservatives. Half the problem is they think Republicans are Grandma's party.
She works, I’m sure she employs numerous people, and she’s realizing the issues in CA. That’s a win.
I agree with reaching out and talking to people to try to bring them into the fold.
