If I were Trump, I’d be tempted to veto it; except that the next deal would probably go into the next administration; and if that’s not a Trump admin, that bill will be even worse for the US and suffering Americans.

Look, nothing is going to stop Biden from some trillion-plus package in the first months of his administration (and at this point, I'm resigned to a Biden administration). Trump can and should veto this bill and denounce it - it will make a great starting point to hammer Congress - Dems and RINOs - on for the next four years leading up to the 2024 election.

What, pray tell, is a “gender program” in Pakistan? My guess is it’s a program to convince Islamists to support and accept Mengelization programs for their youth. If so, I hope the Paks provide the supporters and practitioners of such programs a suitable level of traditional “Islamic Justice.”
