I must be really stupid. I cannot understand how spending $10 million for “gender programs” in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is so essential for relieving the American people of the coronavirus menace. Then again, I also never understood how sending $3.7 million to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for research into the epidemiological properties of coronaviruses in bats stimulate the deeply recessed economy of the United States of America. I just find such Congressional logic simply incomprehensible.
Whoever stuck that in the bill will probably get a 10% kick back.

On principle, I would veto this for what the dems put in it.
However, if Trump can alter where money goes and who gets what money and change amounts as he sees fit,
He could really screw the dems over, give a few pennies to certain things they put in there and give more funds to other things he elieves shoupd have them.

They send millions in foreign aid and they get kick backs. It is a game and we lose.
It’s based on extreme corruption. Our government is run like the Mafia today. If we are giving money to some country for some illogical reason you can bet it was done to profit some crook in Congress who will take a portion of that money for themselves. This is why they were fanatical about removing Trump from office, because he was a huge threat to them with his “drain the swamp” comments. He should have never said that, he should have taken them by surprise and made Rudy Giuliani attorney general, a guy who has massive experience breaking up organized crime, now it’s too late.
