Pizza company, Pizza Punks, are selling special kits this December where you can 'punk up your pizza' by using Christmas dinner ingredients as your toppings. f there are two things that we know to be true, it's that pizza is delicious and so is Christmas dinner.
These, my friends, are foods of the gods, so why not combine the two and create the ultimate festive pizza?!
Sounds interesting, right? Well, it turns out that this is something one pizza company have already done.
Pizza Punks, which has pizzerias located in Glasgow, Belfast and Newcastle, have launched an Xmas Pizza Party in a Box kit for two which contains two 48-hour proofed San Franciscan sourdough bases with San Marzano tomato, basil and garlic sauce and mozzarella.

Where’s the figgy pudding?
I’m not even sure what some of those items are.
maybe it is a regional thing..brussell sprouts on pizza will never enter my mouth
Where’s the dressing?
one of them is pigs in candied blankets
What are the brown things below the sprouts?
Well cleanup is a snap.
The Holidays are so confusing!!
maybe the candied pigs in a blanket
roasted potatoes are beside them with a different color
I never heard of candied pigs in a blanket, had tons of stuff wrapped in cabbage or grape leaves.
Brussell sprouts never enter my mouth, period!

It's all in how they are cooked.
For years, I thought that way too. Growing up, my mother would simply boil them and so naturally, they were disgusting to me. That turns out to be the absolute worst way to cook them and yet that's what most people did back in the day.
One time I made Brussel sprouts on the grill as a favor for a guest who brought them to a cookout I was having at my house. I didn't know anything about how to grill them so I cut off the stems, halved them, tossed them in some olive oil with some salt and pepper. Then I wrapped them in aluminum foil with chopped garlic, bacon bits and butter on top.
I pushed them to the corner of the grill and kind of forgot about them. When I finally pulled them off the grill, I was sure I had burned them. They looked like in the photo below. But everybody loved them and they disappeared in about five minutes.
Since then, that's been the way I make Brussell sprouts and I learned to like them myself. A lot.
Gimme Italian sausage and pepperoni.
That is my go to pizza.
In hell, the chefs are British.
I am not a Brussel sprout fan but try marinating them in Italian dressing and doing the same, grill them...
In this case, Scottish
