Congress snuck an anti meme provision into today’s Omnibus Spending Bill that lets unelected copyright bureaucrats fine anyone up to $30,000 for posting someone else’s meme content without permission.

Our Congress hates us.

This provision alone should be reason enough for vetoing this terrible bill.

Our overlords don't even bother to read this stuff. But how could they when it is over 5000 pages long?
