I have to take issue with you about the above. SCOTUS is not dithering - SCOTUS HAS SURRENDERED. We are in a severe Constitutional crisis!
Mark Levin's show Sunday led off with this very issue. If there is a link I recommend watching the first 10 minutes, more or less. He excoriated SCOTUS - as do I - for abandoning their sole responsibility: defending the Constitution. I know who is on what side there, but at this point it does not matter. It will now be up to us the people to restore the Constitution - or to abandon it.
