Whatever the milops, which we nothing about yet, were directed by VP and Miller followed orders, but the purpose behind ops were intended as bad actions and maybe only in retrospect was motive known. Blame the VP!
For instance...hypothetical...”Miller, to get those servers in Germany” he does but the servers end up in deep state hands to be wiped? Action is honorable, VP intent is not. In this scenario hanging the whole thing around the neck of VP makes complete sense.

Thought occurred to me about the envelopes and who got one. There were many ways to telegraph the message to each recipient, for instance they could have been told the news in those envelopes through a passing comment by a chosen messenger at a quiet time, not public. Secret service MUST have been in in three placement of those envelopes. But it was chosen to have the message given in public setting with every media on the planet covering the event. It is possible it was done that way to message the public, or other dark operators? It certainly was done that way to send a very broad message, but to whom? Pence got one. Every DARK soul got one, So he’s in the crowd of stink, by association that day. I suspect those envelopes were not intended so much as personal messages, but more as marking the individuals publicly.
