Well, yes.
They will need to be adjudicated, individually, in their states.
The State legislatures have plenary control.
This is why everyone keeps saying, the Legislature can appoint its own electors.
THEY can adjudicate any fraud under their own rules.
Now you understand why (1) the courts don’t want to touch ballot fraud and (2) the legislatures have no stomach for adjudicating fraud.
