This is exactly what they wanted to do to our elderly with Obamacare. POTUS thwarted some of it. Socialized medicine in the UK has literally CONFISCATED the elderly... to be done with as the state pleases.
The vulnerable and weak, children and elderly, are being controlled and imprisoned.
