A while ago I found and posted (haha like I could find it) a quote from SCOTUS not recent, that any fraud nullifies the whole thing (whatever the “thing” is). I will try to find.
I recall that snip but it had no gravitas in precedence for elections.
It was a ruling on a matter unrelated to fraudulent ballots.

Additionally, my thought points at /individual precincts/ where fraud took place.
Each must be independently argued in a collective action.
The court should be requested to invalidate an entire precincts ballots, one-by-one but not the entire county or State.
That will protect precincts like mine where no fraud took place.
Tedious and time consuming but, to my mind, the best option.
