The Attorney General cannot exonerate the CIA
American Thinker ^ | 20 Dec, 2020 | Ed Timperlake

Why does AG Bill Barr think the CIA, regarding spying on President Trump, 'stayed in its lane'?

A little-known, little-discussed stepping stone on his journey to becoming President Trump’s Attorney General is the fact that Bill Barr worked for the CIA during his George Washington law school days.

He and I were on the analytical side of working with the CIA in the 1970s. Our paths did not cross, and perhaps his experience was different from mine. But my takeaway from being contracted by the CIA was actually a pleasant professional experience which included learning a lot about their culture.

So I have a very simple question; how can Barr possibly say what was quoted from him in the press:

Attorney General Barr is reflecting on the calls he made that benefitted President Trump and a few that didn't in his final days in office – as he said the CIA didn't stray beyond its international spy brief in 2016.

Barr told the Wall Street Journal he was suspicious that CIA agents – who are barred from spying on Americans – had spied on President Trump's campaign. The president repeatedly alleged publicly he was spied on.

But according to Barr, it didn't happen. 'The CIA stayed in its lane,' he told the Wall Street Journal in an interview.

How would he really know—

Imagine his DOJ/FBI “investigation":

Mr. CIA Director: “Did you stay in your lane?”

“Why, yes, Mr. Attorney General, we did.”

Well, that settles that.

Does anyone think they would tell the AG they conducted illegal surveillance?

Or did AG Barr ask the crack FBI counterintelligence team to resolve the question?

I guess when they were not sneaking around, Peter Strozk and Lisa Page would get right on that investigation.

Or, did the CIA have British and Australian intel do their dirty work? They certainly seem to have been in on the Catrer Page entrapment attempt.

Barr is worse than a joke, he is a co-conspirator in the 2020 election fraud coup attempt and should be brought before military tribunals, along with all the others, and charged with treason!

. If Biden were wise, which he is not, he would demand that the Dominion voting machines all be forensically audited by third party cyber security companies AND demand that the six states where election fraud has been called by half of the country conduct a new election using all paper ballots that are submitted by live citizens who are properly registered. But then again, Joe Biden is not very wise!!!

"They stayed in their lane." Classic non-denial denial. The question was, did they spy on Trump? If they didn't, then the answer should be "no", unless the CIA has taken upon itself the illegal power to spy domestically, which it has, and therefore is considered by Barr to be "in the lane".

Try this next time you get pulled over for speeding or running a red light: "It's okay officer, I stayed in the lane." And then just drive off.

That smirking ass Carter Page was also CIA. He was not a dupe. The CIA provided him to the FBI for their FISA warrant needs. Had Hillary’s plan succeeded, he would have faded away. As it was, he joined the Trump campaign and that let them spy on every single campaign associate with the two hop rule.
Mueller and Weissmann spoke to him one afternoon and exonerated him. Everyone else gets the rectal exam back to third grade, but Mueller clears him over a cup of coffee. He testifies to Congress and conceals his CIA status. He helpfully explains that he made sure the campaign was aware every time he interacted
with Russians.

Ask any doper what it means when the cops raid a house and everyone gets arrested except for one guy.

Obama’s CIA Director Brennan: ‘There Was No Spying’ on Trump — ‘No Problems’ with Durham Probe Continuing
Breitbart ^ | December 06 2020 | PAM KEY / FR Posted by knighthawk

Obama’s former CIA Director John Brennan declared on Dec 6 “Fox News Sunday” that there was no spying on President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign. In a video clip, Trump said, “You can look at Brennan and Comey and Clapper, we caught them spying on our campaign. This was an illegal act like no other illegal act. This was treason. This was at the highest level of treason.” (Excerpt) Read more at breitbart.com ...

OBAMA’s CIA Director Brennan’s Perjury Peril.
In his May 2017 testimony before the Congressional intel panel:
<><> CIA’s Brennan emphatically denied the dossier factored into the Obama intel apparat’s conclusion.
<><> Obama concluded that Russia meddled in the 2016 election “to help Trump’s chances of victory.”
<><> CIA’s Brennan also swore that he did not know who commissioned the anti-Trump research document,
<><> even though DOJ/FBI senior natl security and counter-intel officials knew that the dossier was funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign.
<><> One official said: “CIA’s John Brennan did more than anyone to promulgate the dirty dossier. “
<><> “CIA’s Brennan politicized and effectively weaponized what was patently false intelligence against Trump.”

AG Bill Barr says CIA did NOT ‘spy’ on Donald Trump’s campaign, slapping down president’s claims - and says John Durham’s probe is focusing on a ‘small group’ at the FBI.

Obama’s CIA director John Brennan, a fiercely loyal Obama appointee, talked up the Steele dossier to Democratic leaders, as well as the press, during the 2016 campaign and fed allegations about Trump-Russia contacts directly to the FBI, while pressuring the bureau to conduct an investigation of several Trump campaign figures.

Obama’s CIA Director, John Brennan, sucked up bigtime to get a job when (cough) “Hillary got elected”;
he worked tidbits from the phony ‘Pee Dossier’ into Obama’s Daily Intel Briefing (PDB).
Wadda ya know? Brennan and Hillary pegged Obama correctly......
<><> Obama was stupid enough to believe it...... and
<><> too stupid to understand he was reading falsified intel.

Is Devin Nunes still investigating Obama intel officials’ roles in promoting the salacious Steele dossier? He was said to be focusing on:
<><> Obama’s CIA Director John Brennan,
<><> Obama’s first CIA director, Leon Panetta,
<><> Obama’s intel czar, James Clapper,
<><> Obama’s NSA adviser, Susan Rice, and,
<><> Obama’s hand-picked UN Amb Samantha Power.
<><> Val/Jar

Or, did the CIA have British and Australian intel do their dirty work?

That's the "one weird trick" these out of control spy agencies use to skirt the law against spying on their own citizens. The CIA spies on Brits or Australians that those governments which to spy on and conversely those countries spy agencies return the favor for the U.S.

Yeah, the CIA subcontracted the spying to the FBI and to foreign Five Eyes allies.

Brennan was pulling a lot of strings.

Bill Barr exonerated Lon Horiuchi way back when he murdered a woman holding her baby, he has long been a Deep State operative.

Trump has done brilliant things for our country. His hit rate on personnel choices is hit and miss, though. Two in a row. Sessions and Barr. Both equally bad. Maybe that’s why he has to fire so many :-).
