I’m more worried about all the artificial ingredients they use nowadays. Breakfast cereal doesn’t taste like it used to, heck - even cocoa-puffs don’t leave chocolate milk in the bowl anymore!

The article says more that one egg a day will give u diabetes. Do u have diabetes?
Garbage study. Complete crap. Just read the abstract. If these guys used this methodology to tell me water was wet, I’d ask for a second opinion.
A laughable study. Chinese are changing their eating habits across the board, and the “study” looks at....eggs? How about flour? Sugar? Cakes? Nope! Not interested. Let’s just see if we can find a CORRELATION between eggs and diabetes.
