There are hundreds, if not thousands, of people on FR who have been here for a decade or more and have supported this site financially over the years.
Why let them be insulted?

Awww, c’mon, man, you aren’t going to be one of those whiners who proclaim, “Hey, I gave money to this site! Therefore, no one is allowed to pick on me, piss me off or make fun of me!” are you?
Pro tip: Part of being a grown-up is having the ability to withstand insult and injury from others with a NO WHINING policy firmly in place.
If someone hurts your feelings/pisses you off/ or makes you cry, back away from the keyboard. Go for a walk, read a book or sort the damn socks! Act like a grown-up and pretend that your grandkids are watching you. Yes, my grands know I’m salty!
