He's got the established EOs which apparently no member of Congress took note of or made objection to, having had 2-3 years to do so.

If he has the proof (I'm sure he does), all he needs is the allies in positions of power to carry out his orders (this is the weak link).

I, too, am hoping that he's just waiting for the right moment, and I hope the right moment is SOON. I'm surprised I don't have an ulcer these last six weeks. I keep expecting my hair to start falling out. This is &%$#@* stressful.
