California Clearly Violated Election Law—Votes are Invalid
uncoverdc.com ^ | December 17, 2020 | Daniel Bobinski

California has been mostly absent from the discussion of election law violation, but new information reveals that wording legally required to be on its ballots was missing, in direct violation of its own state law. This means the ballots should not have been cast or counted, yet California certified its ballots, and thus illegally cast its electoral votes for Joe Biden.

Let’s be clear about something: Our nation’s founders tried for years to work out their differences with England’s King George. But George was a tyrant, and a war broke out that lasted eight years. After that war, our founders avoided creating a government that was ruled by a manthey decided to be governed by laws.

Unfortunately, we now have states ignoring their own state and federal election laws, and by disregarding these laws, their election results must be nullified. Either that, or we’re no longer a country governed by laws.

California violated its own election laws

In California state law, the election code is titled “Division 13. BALLOTS, SAMPLE BALLOTS, AND VOTER PAMPHLETS.”

In Article 1 of this code we find Election Code 13200, which reads as follows:

“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter [Chapter 3] shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

That’s straightforward English. It’s at the 9th-grade reading level, so assuming California’s election officials can understand it, here it is one more time, with emphasis:

“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter [Chapter 3] shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

So the article says California’s 55 electoral votes and Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes should be voided. Biden should be down to 306 - 75 = 231 electoral votes (at least).

One person’s “technicality” is another person’s evidence they violated the law.

The democrats always cry technicality when they violate the law, but cry “illegal” when their enemies do the same.

When was that language first removed from a California general election ballot (I am not sure it ever appeared on the primary election ballots)?

I am trying to remember the last time I saw it. Maybe 2008 or 2004. Anyone else here remember?

YOu have a good point - I never thought of it that way. Once you kill babies you must be dead to the concept of “wrong” any more.

And by logical extension, can not be reasoned with anymore.

Furthermore it means we cannot mend this fracture in our relationship with Democrats.

We have two logical options: War or Secession

General Flynn is a democrat. There are good ones like him. But I think you mean the ring leaders among the dems (Pelosi, Schiff, all the bought out traitors). I feel like conservatives have traitors-in-hiding. They are there, and they talk a good game, but at the end of the day, their actions reveal them to be exactly like the dems, but “re-electable!” *smh*

Unfortunately, I feel like they both go hand in hand.

Probably, in some measure, but I believe one can be done without the same measure of violence.

The Supreme Court comprehends that its reach does not extend to felony and larceny in the voting precincts.

That job belongs to the citizens of those states and residents of those neighborhoods to police their vote properly. And not to complain if they haven’nt. Not sayin’ that’s right or wrong. Just the way it is.

Allowing things to deteriorate into a “near Civil War” status and then expecting the “mother of all kraken” birthed in the US Supreme Court to save the day just isn’t about to happen. Neither is some magical EO about to save the day.

A massive revelation of foreign intrusion upon the integrity of the vote could possibly invalidate the election. But it will need half the House and Senate to be uncomfortable enough to do so. We the People do have the capacity to make them uncomfortable.

We-all 74 million of us- have to knock on their doors 24 hrs a day about it for the next 4 weeks. If we do so the Insurrection Act can be enacted successfully. Otherwise PDJT will be impeached if he attempts to.

Can’t leave it up to Sidney Powell and Lin Wood

PDJT deserves this

Let's pose a hypothetical: You're caught red handed robbing a bank. The die packet explodes in the car while you're driving awayand you crash. You're immediately caught, you're covered with the red die, the recorded serial numbers match, and there are witnesses in the bank. It's a cut and dried case....except, you're treated roughly by the police, you claim they are racist, and a sympathetic jury lets you off the hook.

Do you get to keep the money?

Of course not! It belongs to the bank. The same should be true of elections. Just because some sympathetic 'jury' counts the votes, the illegal ones should be thrown out. If they can't be separated from the real ones, all of them should be thrown out, as long as it can be shown that there are enough of them to change the results.

This seems a legitimate objection to the electors selected by California based on an UNLAWFUL election due to ballot fraud.

In a perfect Electoral College California should be stripped of its Electoral Votes entirely, and lose representation to select the President and VP. This would reduce the count of EVs available considerably (55 of 538), leaving Cheatin’ Joe at 251, and Trump with 232.

You're missing some details here.
- Your deposit bank knows you stole the money, but they don't, care, the deposit means they can use it as normal.
- The shops next to the bank don't care when you spend the stolen $$, they like getting the $$ spent with them.
- The cops don;t care, they arrested you and everything else was up to the courts.
- Your lawyer doesn't care, he did his job and got you off the hook.
- The bank depositors don;t care, they aren't out any $$, and the bank likely has it covered by FDIC or something.
The only people that care are the bank tellers and managers emotionally scarred by the theft, but what can they do?

If no one fixes it, what do you do? CA courts are useless, SCOTUS ignores it, other States can't do anything, CA residents support it, and ....?

One person’s “technicality” is another person’s evidence they violated the law.

You can bet they would have exercised the technicality if Trump somehow won California. Perhaps this is exactly the reason they printed the ballots this way.

If Trump wins, knock over the chessboard. If anti-Trump wins, meh.

EXPULSION, cecession is a losers game. Keep the Republic just eject the bad counties. No voting rights either, state and federally. Can only rejoin the country after 5 years and meeting stringent rules. Commonwealth status otherwise and federal and state property remains federal and state property. Dam’s highways harbors military instellations. We keep the skin we are just getting rid of the pimple pus under the skin.

Good luck with that.

Secession would be much easier accomplished than trying to get the Red states to "eject" counties.
